AATCSC's association with Magnasync began in the early 1970s and continued as the communications recorder business developed from the open-reel analog world of the Specialist to hybrid analog and digital systems of Magnasync-Comverse and culminating in what has turned out to be the final product, the Magnasync Genesis.

AAT is pleased to welcome Dmitriy Dzhidzhora to our support staff as of June 1, 2009. Dmitriy served as Magnasync's Senior Field Support engineer just prior to joining the AATCSC team. We are certain that existing owners of legacy Magnasync Genesis systems will breathe a sigh of relief knowing that Dmitriy's services will continue to be available through AATCSC!

Sole Source Justification . . .
As SLA agreements with Magnasync ended effective May 31, 2009, clients may wish to transition to AATCSC support as quickly as practical. We recognize that it can take time to wend one's way through the approval process. With the aid of Magnasync, we've prepared documents that may help. Please contact AATCSC for assistance in preparing a sole source justification.
